Welcome to WeDeep: Couple Deep Questions!
These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between ASTRONIX LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (Company Number: OC458462), and you, the user ("you" or "your"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
WeDeep is a question card app designed to help couples and individuals connect more deeply and learn more about themselves and each other. The App provides access to a library of over 5,000 thoughtful questions organized by category.
Free Version: Users can access a selection of questions at no cost.
Premium Subscription: A paid subscription unlocks the full library of questions and any additional premium features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App at the point of purchase.
The App works entirely on your device. No account or registration is required to use the App.
2. Who Can Use the App
To access and use the App, you must be at least sixteen (16) years of age, or the minimum age required to provide consent to data processing in your region if different, and must not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws.
3. License
Grant of License. By complying with these Terms, we grant you a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Use Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App or its content;
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the App;
- Sell, sublicense, lease, or rent the App or access to it to any third party;
- Use the App for any commercial purpose.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription. WeDeep offers an auto-renewable subscription to unlock the full question library. Subscription pricing and terms are clearly displayed within the App before purchase. BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CHARGE AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE AT EACH RENEWAL PERIOD, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
Billing. Payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) using RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform. We do not have access to your payment card details.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

Please note: You may claim a refund if you have a valid reason and it is less than 48 hours since you made the in-app purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to questions, text, design, graphics, and the App itself, is owned by or licensed to ASTRONIX LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems;
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no guarantees that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or that the content will meet your expectations. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTRONIX LLP shall not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or any other damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £10 (ten British pounds) if no payments have been made.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.
10. Rights and Terms for Apps (Apple)
This section applies to any App that you acquire from the Apple App Store or use on an iOS device. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if applicable.
Apple is not responsible for handling any claims related to the App, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to meet any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; or (c) claims arising under consumer protection legislation.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of the Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this document. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
14. General
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ASTRONIX LLP and you regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed, and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
